Im starting to get a little collection of cards which I use on a variety of projects, from card making, to scrapbooking to 3d projects, including My Crush books and Mini Albums.

 

They were always in a mess and so unorganised.  So today I sorted them all into their themes.

 

Using a Close To My Hearts MEDIUM ORGANISER as a filing system to place and protect my PML cards was a NO Brainer.  Now no matter whether I am creating or selling my PML cards everyone can see and sort through them.

My Grandson is turning 1 and I just had to make him an extra special card.

I made him a pop out balloon card.  It was so easy it literally cut out in a minute and all I had to do was put it together and decorate the front of the card.  The truck was stamped using the

Fast and Furious stamp set, awesome stamp set for all male cards of all ages.

I am just loving using the Close To My Heart Cricut Cartridge Artfully Sent.  So easy to use, just pop the cartridge into your Cricut machine and select the card you would like to make.  This card front latterly took 2 minutes to make and it completely cut it all out.  From the shape of the curve, to the sentiment and flower.  So quick and easy.  Checkout what comes with this awesome cartridge and if you just have to have it like I did, order it online by clicking on the link.

With Christmas over, its a sad reminder that life goes on.  Christmas week, saw many joys and some lows with the death of two friends. So, I needed to make a couple of Sympathy cards.

 

I've used two stamp sets in this card, SINCERE EXPRESSIONS a great little stamp set for only $10.00 and the other stamp set was BIG HUG.  Each sentiment has been embosses with silver embossing powder from our EMBOSSING POWDER RANGE and decorated with our heart puffy from our new Stuck on you Puffies in our New Seasonal Expression magazine

Above in the card I have featured This moment stamp set and used a wet embossing technique with Versa Mark Ink Pad, heat gun and embossing powder.  I just love love love our Shimmer Trim, I have all 10 colours but in this card I have used Bronze Shimmer Trim.  The card is lined with paper from our Heart strings paper pack from our new Seasonal Inspirations magazine and the colours used are Barn Red and Cashmere.
